  We had a truly delightful afternoon tea experience. The service provided was exceptional, with Alan being remarkably attentive and experienced. He took the time to explain each stage of the afternoon tea in great detail and did not feel rushed. Every serving was presented beautifully and tasted exquisite. We highly recommend this establishment for a wonderful treat. We'll be going back for sure😃

  We recently stayed at The Langham in London and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Every single member of staff was kind, thoughtful, and accommodating, from the doormen and porters who handled our luggage and hailed our taxis, to the bartenders and servers, the reception team, housekeeping, and everyone in the Club Lounge. A few touches made our stay especially memorable. The team surprised us with champagne and a cake in our room to celebrate our anniversary, which was such a lovely gesture. On our second day, they kindly moved all of our luggage and belongings to a different room when an upgrade became available. While the room we originally booked was very nice, the junior suite we moved to was even better and came with a gorgeous view of the city. We also enjoyed relaxing at the Artesian bar in the evenings. The staff were warm and welcoming, made excellent drink recommendations, and even treated us to an unexpected nightcap on our final evening. Breakfast from room service was incredible too, with the best pastries we’ve ever had. At checkout, a kind reminder to make sure we had our passports before heading to the airport was a nice final touch, the sort of attentive detail that summed up the entire stay. We didn’t make it to the spa or any of the restaurants on this trip, but they’re at the top of our list for next time. We can’t wait to stay at The Langham again on our next visit to London. Highly recommended!

World-Class Dining The dining experience was outstanding. The culinary team, led by the talented chef, crafted exceptional dishes that were both delicious and truly memorable. Special thanks go to the chef and the entire dining team for their culinary artistry and attention to detail. Impeccable Accommodations The rooms are beautifully appointed and immaculately maintained. Every detail reflects the hotel's commitment to excellence, from the elegant décor to the thoughtful amenities. The Langham clearly takes great pride in upholding the highest standards. Premium Benefits & Thoughtful Touches The American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts benefits were excellent, adding genuine value to the experience. I was deeply grateful for the gracious corner room upgrade provided by management. Such thoughtfulness is what sets exceptional hotels apart. The beautiful chocolate gift was a lovely finishing touch that didn't go unnoticed.   This is one of my favorite hotels globally and goes head to head with the Savoy as my favorite hotel in London. Everything is top notch. The hard product of a standard room here is better than suites at the best Marriott and Hyatt hotels, which are in a state of decline these days. The service is orders of magnitude better. It’s like night and day. 10/10

  I wanted to reach out and say a huge thank you for ensuring that my 2 night stay was fantastic. From the second I walked in, I felt incredibly welcome. Every single person — from the front desk and the housekeeping team to the staff in the restaurant—was absolutely BRILLIANT.
